  You found this file at www. ThumbsUpSoft. com /downloads /startap /StarTap.Exe. You can be SURE that this file will ALWAYS be here. It'll be updated, changed, etc. but it WILL NOT move. We're concerned about "Link Rot" and we're doing what we can.
• Bug Reports
  As we said, accidents happen. When you find a serious problem with StarTap, let us know (Hell, let us know about the not so serious ones, too). If StarTap does something that's absolutely, positively wrong, drop us a line. Send Bug Reports to: youbuggers@ thumbsupsoft. com. (If you're wondering about the address, let me tell ya. There have been MANY occasions that we've come across SERIOUS problems with Microsoft tools (This is not to say they're bad tools - they're GREAT! But they're not perfect!). After spending HOURS looking for what OUR problem was, we have come (again, many times) to the conclusion that it is NOT our problem, it's THEIRS! At those times, we have wished to send messages to "You Buggers!" In careful reflection of this, we pass on to you this opportunity.
